I I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Hartzell and the entire team. From my very first visit, I knew I was in good hands.I’ll be the first to admit that medical talk can sometimes go right over my head and feel intimidating. What really impressed me was how well Dr. Hartzell explained everything in plain, everyday language. He never made me feel rushed, never talked down to me, and took the time to answer every question I had. I always knew what was going to happen and why. That kind of professionalism and personal attention means a lot.The staff deserves a huge shout-out as well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely caring. You could tell they take pride in what they do, and they treated me like a person rather than just another patient walking through the door.Then came the surgery. I was understandably a little nervous before going in as I haven't really had any significant surgery, but the entire experience was so smooth and reassuring. Dr. Hartzell and the staff kept me comfortable, explained what was happening, and made an experience that could have been stressful feel surprisingly easy. Their professionalism and kindness never wavered.I also chose a Light Adjustable Lens, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The results have been absolutely amazing. Being able to fine-tune my vision after surgery was something I really appreciated, and the outcome has exceeded my expectations. The improvement in my vision has been incredible, and I’m still amazed at how clearly I can see.Looking back, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon or a better experience. From the first appointment, through the surgery, and all the way to the final result, I felt like I was in the hands of people who truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me.If you’re considering eye surgery and are nervous about making the right choice, I would highly recommend Dr. Hartzell I went in hoping for better vision and came out absolutely thrilled with the results. **Five stars doesn’t really doesn't seem like enough!

This review is based on two areas of this business, specifically Dr. Fritz with The Eye Center, and Denise with the optical department.Dr. Fritz has been my optician for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to explain what she is doing, and how that affects my prescription changes.Denise, is so beneficial to this business, assisting patients/customers with a friendly face, and 35 years of knowledge, that is greatly appreciated. I always find that I’m looking for new glasses after my eyes have been dilated, and needless to say, my eyesight is pretty bad anyway, she assists me with picking out frames, that on the day I pick them up, I absolutely LOVE, and get numerous compliments.If you’re looking for an eye doctor, or new glasses, definitely call The Eye Center in Lewisburg. They’re fantastic!
