After my surgery that went really well, about a year and a half later I was experiencing some issues...Wayne took a look and everything was still good. Turns out it was dry eyes that needed drops...started doing them and my eyes are more relaxed.. kudos for your help.

Came in twice the past week due to a recent eye issue. I go here for my regular eye checkups but had a different doctor.This time I had Dr. Wayne Jacobs, I don’t really leave reviews regarding healthcare personnel but I’ll make an exception for this one. Dr. Wayne was absolutely amazing, he came in the exam room, knew my case; didn’t have to read on the computer to cram who his patient is and what’s wrong with her no, he did his homework, don’t see that often anymore.He explained everything calmly and clearly , answered my questions with honesty and laid out options and went through each steps to help me with my current eye issue. The only time he would look or get on the computer was when he needed to add new information and for my prescription but, the rest of the time he was explaining everything to me he had the eye contact; not on the computer — that is rare these days. Even walked me out close to the checkout desk, not rushing to get done , and again that is rare these days. I work in Healthcare so I have seen different healthcare professionals and different bedside manners, his is exceptional, what we need more these days. Thank you.

Recently started having some pain in my right eye when I was waking up. It finally got so bad I went to an urgent care. They referred me to the Eye Center. I called the next day, and they were able to get me in the same day for a consult with Wayne. I received excellent care from Wayne and the staff, both at that appointment, and a follow up. They accepted my health insurance with no problem. If you're in the area, and having trouble with your eyes, I highly recommend the Eye Center.
