Wayne R. Jacobs, PA-C

Wayne is a nationally certified physician assistant specializing in ophthalmology and graduated with High Honors from Penn College in Williamsport PA. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies, with a Minor in Biology, in 2019. Wayne is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Wayne was born and raised in central Pennsylvania and currently resides in Jersey Shore with his wife and children.
