"I had a late afternoon appointment in Bellefonte. During that visit I had the pleasure of watching one of your employees going above and beyond their job to help a patient. It was the person who worked the front desk (I don't know her name) who helped an elderly patient who had locked her keys in her car. She not only helped the lady get in contact with the police, but she additionally lent her jacket to her so she could stay warm while she waited for police to arrive and open the car door. It is not often you see someone so willing to help."

"I just can't express how nice it is to go to an office where everybody is friendly. Everybody smiles. Everybody understands and explains things in a way I can understand. It's just a joy to go there. Everybody smiles. Everybody greets you. Everybody makes you laugh. I love how the office is always happy, smiling, and having fun. The girls down there at the surgery center, they treat you like a person. They explain thing really well. The continually ask which eye, and your date of birth, and I don't care if I have to give it 500 times, it keeps me safe! Everyone is so great! They're always checking on you, asking if you need anything, and if you're okay. And my vision, I couldn't be happier! I can see 500% better! It's a win-win!"
