I just can't express how nice it is to go to an office where everybody is friendly. Everybody smiles. Everybody understands and explains things in a way I can understand. It's just a joy to go there. Everybody smiles. Everybody greets you. Everybody makes you laugh. I love how the office is always happy, smiling, and having fun. The girls down there at the surgery center, they treat you like a person. They explain thing really well. The continually ask which eye, and your date of birth, and I don't care if I have to give it 500 times, it keeps me safe! Everyone is so great! They're always checking on you, asking if you need anything, and if you're okay. And my vision, I couldn't be happier! I can see 500% better! It's a win-win! More

Always receive prompt and excellent service. Office staff are friendly and caring. Dr Hartzell is professional, knowledgeable and he takes time to explain conditions and procedures. I rate "A" plus overall for the Eye Center. More
